"chokers" what they were called because they never reached the finals of main event .what it seemed to be the most challenging team in the t20 format of 2009 world cup ,alas!they could't shed their tag.proteas lead by greame smith had their nemesis as pakistan in world cup semis.boy-0-boy thanks to the boom boom afridi for his fantastic display of  allround game which guided unpredictable pakistan in yet another back to back finals of t20 world cup.greame smith men missed the plot against spin bowling exposing their inability to play quality spin attack.umar gul was imperial best at the death and reverse swing as his main weapon in the armour troubled proteas through .pakistan can relish their moment and enjoy their finals ,wishing them good luck.but can they shed chokers tag it will tell in time to come.
